People have been protesting for centuries. Sometimes they turn into full blown revolutions and sometimes not. But even when a protest does not reach the scale of a revolution, it can still have long reaching effects.
What issue would you protest over? How strongly do you feel about it? Would you go to jail? Would you risk your life? Whether or not you feel strongly enough to do so, there are many people who do risk jail and/or their lives for issues they believe in.
